HomeSt. Martha's Church, located in East Providence, Rhode Island, is a Catholic parish established on September 13, 1956, by the Most Rev. Russell J. McVinney, D.D. The first pastor, Rev. Joseph F. Bracq, S.T.D., founded the Rosary and Altar Society, which remains active today. The parish has a rich history, including the establishment of the Portuguese Heritage Festival by Rev. John F.
