HomeSt. Ann Melkite Catholic Church, located in Waterford, Connecticut, is a Catholic parish that has served the Melkite community since its establishment in 1929. Founded by Christian immigrants from Lebanon and Syria, the parish was initiated by Reverend Anthony J. Aneed, who recognized the spiritual needs of these Catholics and received permission from Bishop John J. Nilan to create a dedicated worship space. Initially holding services in private homes, the church later moved to its current location on Cross Road in Waterford.
