St. Andrew (Block Island, Rhode Island) Mass Schedule

St. Andrew Catholic Parish, located in Block Island, Rhode Island, was established in 1888 to serve the spiritual needs of Catholic summer residents and visitors. The first Mass was celebrated by Rev. John Daly on August 12, 1888, in response to the need for local worship services. The church, constructed in 1900 under the patronage of St. Andrew the Apostle, has played a vital role in the community with the introduction of various ministries over the years. Notably, in 1979, a parish center and rectory were added, and the exquisite stained glass windows, "The Six Days of Creation," were designed by Katherina and Frederik Breydert.
