HomeSt. Margaret Mary in Merrylands, New South Wales, is a Catholic parish established in November 1946. Formed from the former Holy Trinity Parish in Granville, it was named in honor of St. Margaret Mary following a discussion between Monsignor McGovern and pioneer parishioner Fred Tripp, who purchased the first block of land. The parish is currently led by the Order of St. Paul the First Hermit, known for their custodianship of the Miraculous Icon of Our Lady of Jasna Gora, Poland.
