HomeOur Lady, Queen of the Seraphic Order is a Catholic parish located in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Officially opened on December 15, 1992, by Bishop Sean O'Malley, OFM Cap, this parish is served by the Franciscans of the Immaculate. The church also oversees a program of Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration, which began in 2003 and now includes about 150 members who commit to adoring the Blessed Sacrament 24 hours a day. Additionally, the parish supports the Mission of the Immaculate Mediatrix (MIM), a public association of the faithful that engages laypersons in the Marian-Franciscan charism.
