St. Gertrude (Grantfork, Illinois)

St. Gertrude is a Catholic parish located in Grantfork, Illinois. The parish was historically part of a union with Immaculate Conception and St. Nicholas, which includes a rich history of community funding and the establishment of a parish school in 1901, staffed by the School Sisters of St. Francis. The school served the community for 67 years before its closure in May 1968.
