HomeSt. Augustine Cemetery Chapel, located in Boston, Massachusetts, is a Catholic parish that serves as part of the combined ministry of Saint Brigid of Kildare Parish and Gate of Heaven Parish. Historically, St. Brigid Parish, established in 1908, was originally a mission of Gate of Heaven Parish, founded in 1863. The parishes reunified to enhance their outreach and services to the South Boston community. Known for its variety of programs, the parish offers Confirmation, Marriage Preparation, CYO Basketball, Religious Education, and operates South Boston Catholic Academy, providing quality Catholic education from preschool through sixth grade. Rev. Fr. Robert E. Casey currently leads the parish.
