Established in July 2017, it was formed from the merging of six parishes: St. Stanislaus Kosta, St. Lucy's, St. Margaret's, Sacred Heart, Our Lady of Lourdes, and The Shrine of St. Anne, as part of the Archdiocese of Hartford's restructuring plan. The parish's mission is "Guided by the Holy Spirit, the All Saints Parish Family is called to live and Proclaim the Good News" while valuing multicultural diversity and striving to be a community of Disciples of Christ.
